Cable Car

Tony Abou-Ganim created Cable Car cocktail in 1996 at San Francisco's Sir Francis Drake Hotel's Starlight Room, a nightclub and cocktail bar. The pub is situated between the stars and the cable cars, since the Nob Hill cable trains pass right by it. It is a cocktail made with Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Marie Brizard orange curaçao and fresh lemon sour mix (which is made with 2 parts fresh squeezed lemon juice and 1 part simple syrup). Tony's original 1996 recipe calls for Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Marie Brizard orange curaçao, and fresh lemon sour mix.
