Cocomacoque

Cocomacoque is a Cuban cocktail consisting of rum, lime juice, and honey. It is also known by the names caipirinha de coco (in Brazil), caixeta (in Colombia), pina colada (in Hawaii) and piña colada (in Puerto Rico). The drink is made by combining rum, lime juice, and honey in a shaker or blender with ice. It was first recorded in 1944 when it was called the Coco-Majicco. Ingredients

2 ounce(s) Pineapple Juice
2 ounce(s) Orange juice
1 ½ ounce Light Rum
1 ounce Fresh lemon juice
2 ounce(s) Red wine
Pineapple wedge

Recipe

1. Shake first four ingredients.
2. Strain into ice-filled Collins glass and top with wine.
3. Add pineapple.
4. Serve in a Collins Glass.
