The Dusty Key Largo is a drink that originated in the United States. The cocktail was created by Harry McElhone in 1921. This drink is a variation of the Sidecar and can be made with any brand of rum and then mixed with grenadine or its sweet counterparts.
It became popular during Prohibition due to its easy access to ingredients and ease to make. It is a great drink for when you want to show off a little more of your mixing skills – there’s nothing too tricky here but the drink will get wows from your guests as it has a great traffic light look, green at the bottom, yellow in the middle and red on top!.

Ingredients
1 ounce coconut water
1½ ounces pineapple juice
½ tsp grenadine
2 ounces spiced rum
Ice
Lemon wheel for garnish
Recipe
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the coconut water, pineapple juice, grenadine, and spiced rum.
2. Add ice and shake to chill.
3. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon wheel.
