1. Muddle mint and sugar cube in old-fashioned glass.
2. Add soda water and mix to dissolve sugar.
3. Add gin and ice and stir.
4. Garnish with orange wheel and/or cherry and the lemon twist.
5. Serve in an Old-Fashioned Glass.
