Louanalao

Louanalao is an exquisite cocktail, prepared with fresh strawberry juice, orange liqueur and freshly squeezed lime juice. This cocktail is named after the town of Louans in France. The recipe varies from region to region, but it usually includes cognac, white wine and lavender. In the 18th century, culinarians experimented with different ingredients for this drink. They tried lemon juice and liqueur, but they decided that cognac was the best ingredient for this drink. This made it a popular drink in France and other parts of Europe.
