Planter's Punch No. 2 is a Cocktail based on the original recipe created by Fernand Petiot, of which there are many variations. It is a popular variation of the 'Planter's Punch' cocktail with the addition of Jamaican rum, triple sec, grenadine and mint sprig in the main ingredients.

Ingredients
2 ounces light rum
1 ounce orange juice
1 ounce lime juice
½ ounce pineapple juice
½ ounce lemon juice
1 ounce Jamaica rum
¼ ounce triple sec
1 tsp grenadine
Crushed ice
Mint sprig sprinkled with confectioner sugar for garnish
Recipe
1. Fill a highball or cocktail glass two-thirds full. Add light rum and juices.
2. Stir until the glass is frosted.
3. Add dark rum.
4. Stir to mix.
5. Top with triple sec and grenadine.
6. Garnish with confectioner sugar sprinkled mint sprig.
