The Rusty Nail is a cocktail which was created by mixologist Harry MacElhone in 1922, in honour of the singer and actor Hoagy Carmichael. The drink contains one part Drambuie Scotch whisky to two parts iced tea. It is garnished with a lemon peel. This drink was included in Difford's Guide's Top 100 Cocktails.
