The Banana Cow is a cocktail invented in the 1920s. It was first published in 1930 by Hugo Ensslin in "Recipes for Mixed Drinks". It is a new twist on a classic. This drink is made with a base of rum and cream, and mixed with bananas, strawberries, and sparkling water. Garnished with freshly grated Nutmeg and banana slice.
A delicious drink that can be served as an alcoholic beverage, an after-dinner cocktail or as a mocktail. It's not just the adults who love this drink - the kids enjoy it too. The sweet fruit flavors are refreshing and fruity, perfect for those summer days when you're looking for something cold to enjoy on the porch!
