The Caribbean Breeze cocktail was created by bartender Daniella Isaacs in 1999 at the Breezes Hotel and Resort in Negril, Jamaica. It was served as a special for the resort’s open day celebrations with the tropical vibe as an ode to its location in the Caribbean.It is a highball drink, made up of Jamaican rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice.

Recipe
1. Fill a collins glass with ice.
2. Add 151 proof rum and coconut rum.
3. Fill the remainder of the glass half with pineapple juice and half with cranberry juice.
4. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple.
