The Diva Quaranta cocktail is a cocktail that was invented by the barman Salvatore Calabrese and is named after the famous Italian opera singer Lina Cavalieri. The drink was created in 1977 and consists of 40% Gin, 40% Campari and 20% Pernod.
It is a modern rendition of the classic Negroni. A marriage of POMEGRANATE, CAMPARI and GIN. The slightly bitter fruit flavour balances the acidity of campari and the alcohol warmth of gin.
