Dubonnet Rouge is a sweet French Vermouth made using traditional methods in the south of France. It was created by Joseph Dubonnet in 1846 and it is still produced in the same chateau in Tarragona, Spain.
It has another variation named 'The Tabby Cat' which replaces gin for Belvedere Pomarancza vodka.

1/2 ounce lemon juice
Twist of lemon
Recipe
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the gin, Dubonnet, and lemon juice.
3. Shake and strain into a martini glass.
4. Serve garnished with a twist of lemon.
