Jamaican Java

Jamaican Java is a cocktail made of coffee, brown sugar, cinnamon syrup. It was invented in 1962 by Joe Quarles after visiting Jamaica, where he sampled some coffee beans and fell in love with the taste. After his return to the United States, he started searching for a way to get this flavour on his own soil. His search came to an end when he created his own recipe called "Jamaican Java".
