Knickerbocker Special is a cocktail made of rum, white or gold, orange curaçao liqueur, raspberry syrup, pineapple juice and orange juice. This cocktail was created in the early 20th century by Louis Eppinger at the Rector's Restaurant in New York City.

2 Ounce(s) Light Rum
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Triple Sec
1 Teaspoon(s) Fresh lemon juice
1 Teaspoon(s) Orange juice
1 Teaspoon(s) Raspberry Syrup
Small pineapple slice
Recipe
1. Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
2. Garnish with pineapple.
3. Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
