Three Miller Cocktail is a cocktail made with bitters, rum, syrup and lemon juice. It is garnished with a slice of orange. It is an American drink that was created in 1874 by bartender John Collins at the Occidental Hotel in San Francisco. The drink was named after Henry Lorenzo Miller, who founded an ice company that supplied the hotel with ice cubes for this cocktail.

3 Fresh cherry tomatoes
2 ounce Dark rum
1 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
1 ounce Simple Syrup
½ tsp Angostura Bitters
Recipe
1. Muddle tomatoes in mixing glass.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
4. Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
