WIKI WAKI WOO is a cocktail that was created in the late 1970s or early 1980s by New Orleans bartender Walter Bergeron. It soon became popular and has been featured in several movies, such as The Big Easy (1987), Cocktail (1988), and Oceans Eleven (2001). This cocktail is usually served with salt on the rim of the glass. There are also some variations of it which are made up of different liquors or served with different fruit garnishes.

Ingredients
½ ounce Light Rum
½ ounce 151-Proof Rum
½ ounce Vodka
½ ounce Blanco tequila
½ ounce Triple Sec
1 ounce Amaretto
1 ounce Fresh orange juice
1 ounce Pineapple Juice
1 ounce Cranberry Juice
Orange wheel, maraschino cherry
Recipe
1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
2. Pour, with ice, into hurricane or parfait glass.
3. Add orange and cherry.
4. Serve in a Hurricane Glass.
